The Product was purchased in the last 3 days The Product is in its original packaging (intact) and no seal is broken (unopened)Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met ( check on below )

1. Delivery of wrong item

2. Delivery of faulty Product

3. Delivery of products with missing parts

4. Incorrect content on the website

Note : Change of mind is not acceptable as free return / exchange . If you change your mind about the product and let us know within 72 hour there will be chance for exchange but of course delivery cost will be applicable

What are the conditions for returning a product?

If you have bought any product from us, and want to return it, please refer to the requirements stated in the list below to know the conditions for returning your product.


How to send your product to Suchishoili.com? How much will it cost you?

Our Customer Service will arrange for pick-up of the product from your address, free of delivery charge. 

Where to return the product?

In an event where you have failed to provide your product to our pick-up, kindly have your returns shipped or dropped-off to our - Returns Mailing Address: G.L roy road ,kamal kachna , Rangpur , Bangladesh

If your returned product is not validated for return, how are you informed?

If your return is invalid, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. You can still avail warranty if you have.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
