Social Media Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including scheduling and posting content.
  • Ability To write engaging caption for posts both In Bangla and English
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve our branding and marketing goals.
  • Maintain content ideas with the content and graphics team across various social media platforms .
  • Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community.
  • Monitor social media trends and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Develop and execute effective advertising strategies to drive traffic . Maintain with Marketing team .

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or freshers in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is a plus.


Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 24 years
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, youtube  Twitter, LinkedIn) and social media management tools like Meta Business Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Knowledge about ads tools like facebook ads , google ads , tag manager , tiktok ads 
  • Must Have Knowledge About Canva
  • Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.

Salary

15000 - 25000 BDT ( salary based on experience )
